Join Vanessa for a one hour Yoga Nidra Meditation Journey , in WALLAN VIC, every Monday & Friday morning in January at 10:30am


January isn’t about rushing forward.

It’s about gently re-attuning.

I’ll be offering a small series of Yoga Nidra journeys throughout January. 

Each one a complete, stand alone practice designed to support rest, regulation, and nervous system balance.

Come when it feels right.

Rest when you need.

Nothing to keep up with.

Join Vanessa for a one hour Yoga Nidra Meditation class, in WALLAN VIC, every Friday morning at 10:30am.

Each class starts with setting an intention, gentle stretching and conand a mindfulness practice. 

We then move into the Yoga Nidra, which incorporates some breath work, visualisations and gently rotating the consciousness by focussing on different parts of the body. 

Sound frequencies and vibrations elevate the experience.

A beautiful way to reconnect with self, relax the body while actively achieving clear mental awareness.

Vanessa is offering Yoga Nidra Meditation classes to her local community.


WHEN: EVERY TUESDAY NIGHT

TIME: 6:30pm - 7:30pm

WHERE: CLONBINANE COMMUNITY HALL, 

15 LINTON STREET, CLONBINANE VIC 3658
COST: $20 per class (pay upon arrival)


Please arrive 10 minutes early for your class, settle into the space so we can commence the class on schedule.

Bring water bottle, warm clothes/shawl, wear comfortable clothing.

ALL WELCOME 

Yoga mat, pillow & blanket provided.
Classes go for about one hour.

Vanessa facilitated a wonderful deeply grounded session, her attendees were held in a nourishing container that allowed for surrender into their subconscious mind. With a binaural soundtrack, the comfort of soft lighting and warm blankets, all of the elements accompanied by her hypnotic voice supported the connection into one's body for rest and anchored healing. I would highly recommend her facilitation and space holding in future.

I had the pleasure of experiencing one of Vanessa's Yoga Nidra Meditations and I enjoyed it immensely.

I have always struggled with meditation as my mind wonders, but Vanessa's meditation held my attention to the words spoken as I went on a journey of calm and relaxation. Each part of the meditation kept my mind relaxed and engaged, and when it was over I felt peaceful and somewhat connected with myself again. It was as if a weight had lifted and my energy and spirit were cleansed, I felt content and peaceful. Vanessa's clear and calm voice was so soothing as well, perfect for meditating. I can't recommend her Yoga Nidra practice enough and can't wait to experience the next one.

I was hesitant to join Ness' Yoga Nidra class as I am not bendy at all! However I need not have worried. Yoga Nidra is not the bendy type of yoga that I immediately thought of, it's yoga for the mind. Yes, there is a small amount of gentle stretching, but what awaits you is an amazingly crafted journey where the stress/worries/thoughts of the day are easily put aside, as you recline on a yoga mat where Ness brings you to a state of whole body awareness and with that, you will discover an absolute state of relaxation. Ness crafts each journey with your benefits in mind. She incorporates guided meditation, timely music, and sounds to suit the journey. And there are even crystal sound bowls used to assist with the healing benefits of your journey.

What awaits me each time is something special and unique and A-mazing. I arrive willingly each visit, and leave in a state of floaty goodness that makes me so appreciative of Ness and her incredible Yoga Nidra classes.

If you want to try something that will definitely change your life for the better, do yourself a favour and join Ness' Yoga Nidra class.
