Join Vanessa for a one hour Yoga Nidra Meditation class, in WALLAN VIC, every Friday morning at 10:30am.
Each class starts with setting an intention, gentle stretching and a mindfulness practice.
We then move into the Yoga Nidra, which incorporates some breath work, visualisations and gently rotating the consciousness by focussing on different parts of the body.
Sound frequencies and vibrations elevate the experience.
A beautiful way to reconnect with self, relax the body while actively achieving clear mental awareness.
PLEASE ARRIVE 10 MINUTES EARLY TO SETTLE IN TO THE SPACE AND START ON TIME.
Vanessa is available to offer Yoga Nidra Meditation classes/ workshops at your Wellness Retreats and events.
A travel/accomodation fee will incur depending on the distance.

I have always struggled with meditation as my mind wonders, but Vanessa's meditation held my attention to the words spoken as I went on a journey of calm and relaxation. Each part of the meditation kept my mind relaxed and engaged, and when it was over I felt peaceful and somewhat connected with myself again. It was as if a weight had lifted and my energy and spirit were cleansed, I felt content and peaceful. Vanessa's clear and calm voice was so soothing as well, perfect for meditating.
