Vanessa Caruso, THE HEALING PROMOTER is a Certified Pranayama, Meditation & Yoga Nidra Teacher, and a Certified SoulNar Sound Healing Energy Therapy Practitioner. She works with breath, energy, frequencies and vibrations to promote healing. Subtly guiding you to discover your own unique journey towards self healing and clearing away trapped energies in your body that serve no purpose.

SoulNar is a powerful combination of Sound and Energy healing. It is based on the principle that everything is energy and when disturbances enter our field an imbalance in our energetic field is created, over time this can become dis-ease in the body. SoulNar helps to shift these imbalances through the use of Frequency based instruments and hands on energy healing.
During the session Vanessa uses 3 powerful sound healing instruments – a crystal bowl tuned to the frequency of the heart chakra, a 528hz chime and tingsha bells. She works on clearing your energetic and emotional fields with a combination of guided chakra breathwork, sound healing and hands on energy healing (lightly touching the feet and the head)
Isochronic tones and Binaural beats are also played during the practice to elevate your experience, as well as the use of aromatherapy.
Yoga Nidra (translated as ‘conscious sleep’) is a beautiful meditation practice, while lying on your back, that guides you into total let go. It is a powerful relaxation technique that releases your worries and stresses and allows you to gain insight and awareness of your True Self. A guided meditation that rotates the consciousness while releasing trapped energy in the body. Leaving you feeling calm, clear and relaxed in body and mind.
Vanessa also teaches a wide range of meditation practices both traditional and modern.
Intuitively, Vanessa incorporates sound frequencies and vibrations into her classes, elevating your meditative state. She uses her calming voice to guide you on your journey and aromatherapy to evoke the senses.
A typical Meditation class goes for one hour. Private classes can be customised and extended to your preference.
Pranayama is the ancient yogic practice of consciously regulating the breath. The word comes from Sanskrit: prana meaning “life force” or “vital energy,” and ayama meaning “expansion” or “control.” Through specific breathing techniques, Pranayama helps calm the mind, balance the nervous system, and increase energy flow throughout the body.
Practiced regularly, Pranayama supports mental clarity, emotional stability, and overall wellbeing.
