Pranayama sessions are a guided practice of conscious breathing. You’ll be gently led through simple techniques to calm the mind, balance the body, and expand your energy. Each session includes time to settle, explore different breath practices, and rest in stillness, leaving you feeling clear, centred, and deeply refreshed. Lying on the floor on a mat and sitting crossed legged on a bolster or pillow is required.
