SoulNar is a powerful combination of Sound and Energy healing. 

It is based on the principle that everything is energy and when disturbances enter our field an imbalance in our energetic field is created, over time this can become dis-ease in the body. SoulNar helps to shift these imbalances through the use of Frequency based instruments and hands on energy healing. 

During the session Vanessa uses 3 powerful sound healing instruments – a crystal bowl tuned to the frequency of the heart chakra, a 528hz chime and tingsha bells. She works on clearing your energetic and emotional fields with a combination of guided chakra breathwork, sound healing and hands on energy healing (lightly touching the feet and the head)

Isochronic tones and binaural beats are also played during the practise to elevate your experience, as well as the use of aromatherapy.
